Plan Now to attend the 31st Annual Icescreamers Convention, to be held June 27 - 29, 2013, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at the Best Western Eden Resort Inn.

Events will begin on Thursday afternoon with a tour of a local landmark, and a hospitality suite for members, who bring a wide variety of ice cream and soda fountain collectibles for purchase, sale and trade.

They showcase this wealth of items at the Show and Sale open to the public on Friday, June 28, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. with a nominal admission fee for the public.

Saturday's events feature popular, educational, and entertaining speakers, followed by a brunch. Past presenters have demonstrated the use of vintage soda fountain equipment, shown us how to preserve and protect paper ephemera, and entertained us with clips from vintage movies with ice cream themes.

You'll meet people of all ages from all over the United States, and from several foreign countries. Speak with our diverse family of collectors: from historic soda fountain owners to authors of books on ice cream subjects. Our Registration fees are very affordable, with tours, brunch, and evening activities available as options.

    Thursday

    • Check in, and join us as we greet Icescreamers in the Hospitality Suite
    • Tour a local attraction with other Icescreamers
    • Attend the Welcome Dinner with a Cash Bar, and plenty of good food with great friends
    • Enjoy flavors from outrageous to sublime during the much-heralded and always-memorable Ice Cream Tasting
    • Place a winning auction bid on that coveted soda fountain collectible, from silly to serious, during the auction
    • Relax and reminisce with collectors and friends, old and new

    Friday

    • Start your day with our delightful complimentary Continental Breakfast
    • View one-of-a-kind ice cream collectibles on display from our members' private collections
    • Find that special must-have item when the doors open for the Icescreamers-only Preview
    • Ask your soda fountain questions during our Talk to the Experts sessions, from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
    • Then buy, sell, and trade ice cream memorabilia with the general public from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
    • Help yourself to a cone or cup of complimentary ice cream served with smiles and sprinkles!
    • Join us for an Evening Dinner, featuring a special treat.

    Saturday

    • Learn amazing facts about ice cream from our popular, educational and entertaining speakers
    • Bring the convention to a close with a delightful brunch.

    Our very affordable Registration fee includes: your Convention packet of materials, a limited edition commemorative lapel pin, the Continental Breakfast, ice cream during the Show and Sale, one free table rental for your Display-Only Private Collection items, all entertainment, Hospitality Suite admission, and use of the Best Western Eden Resort Inn Courtyard on Friday. Show and Sale tables, evening dinner activities, and the Saturday brunch are available as options.
