Members bring an ever-growing variety of items for buy, sell, and trade to each convention. There are plenty of opportunities to buy, sell, and trade items with other Ice Screamers, during a members-only trade session. But everyone can join in the fun because the show opens to the general public too.

Over 100 families from more than 20 states, Canada and England bring unique items for show and sale. Folks from New York to Florida, and Arizona to Washington enjoy three days of trading, visiting and celebrating Ice Cream and soda fountain collecting.

This is THE place to find that unique ice cream or soda fountain collectible!

Each member receives free table space to display items from their collection, in addition to their rented sale tables. This is a great opportunity to see unique ice cream items.

Each convention also features a special display celebrating the convention's theme. All Ice Screamers attending the convention are invited to bring a special theme-related item for this popular public display. The 2016 convention featured a fascinating display of early soda fountain equipment, pewter moulds, scoops, and valentines with ice cream and soda themes.

And for Sale!

Plenty of questions about ice cream history and collectibles preservation are asked and answered during the popular "Meet the Experts" sessions.

Past topics have included the many designs of glass straw jars,  viewing movie clips with famous ice cream - related scenes, and tips for restoring and preserving tin or paper collectibles.

We All Scream for Ice Cream!

Our conventions would not be complete without plenty of wonderful ice cream. In fact, during the show, we all take time to enjoy a cone or dish of complimentary ice cream served by our volunteer soda jerks.

Join the Fun!

Another traditional highlight of every convention is the "Ice Cream Tasting," featuring hand-crafted ice cream flavors created just for the Ice Screamers by fellow members. Ice Screamers live up to their namesake when flavors like Cape Cod Wild Strawberry and Peanut Butter Cream are on the evening's menu!

Then Ready....set....STACK! is the name of the game during the Ice Cream cone stacking contest. The goal is to create the tallest ice cream cone in one minute. Volunteer contestants are outfitted with an official Turkey Hill paper hat and apron, and compete against other Ice Screamers and the clock. The tallest winning cone to date featured an 11" stack of hand-dipped ice cream!
